Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)

Our cinnamon sticks are grown in the almost sky-high altitudes of Khasi and Jaintia hills in Meghalaya. Cinnamon sticks are the oldest and most widely-used spice sold by us.

During their initial stage of life, our Cinnamon seedlings require a customary supply of irrigation, but hardly any exposure to the sun; this applies to the first few months only. The manuring process utilized by the local farmers of Meghalaya is environmentally viable.

Cinnamaldehyde – an enriching oil found in cinnamon sticks, contributes not only to its anti-viral and fungal properties, but it also gives cinnamon a pungent flavor and distinct aroma.
