There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error.

We will not bill you until your product(s), including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped. If your items are shipped separately you will be billed each time an item is shipped.

Why can’t I change my Profile details?

Once your profile is completed and submitted, then your details are locked and cannot be changed. If you still wish to make some changes, then you can contact our Support centre.

Are there any fees or commissions associated with offering consultations on Vedic Roots?

For every consultation, Vedic Roots will be charging a fixed rate of commission as mentioned in the Doctor’s Agreement shared with you.

How do I receive payments for consultations?

Your payment will be transferred to your registered bank account within 2-3 business days after completion of consultation.

How can I grow my patient base and visibility on Vedic Roots?

To grow your patient base, it is advised to mention in detail the services that you offer and the therapies that you apply. The more specific your profile is, more easier it will be for the patient to reach you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a consultation?

As of now, you cannot cancel or reschedule the consultation from your end.

What happens if I encounter technical issues during a consultation on Vedic Roots?

All video consultations will be conducted through our trusted platform ‘Zoom’, so the chances of any technical issues occurring will be negligible. However, if you still face any technical issues, then please contact our Support centre.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product received is damaged or not as described.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please send a photo or video of the damage to our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 of delivery.

What happens if I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can still initiate a return if the product received is damaged or not as described.
