My journey in Ayurveda began with a deep passion for natural healing and a commitment to understanding the intricate connections between mind, body, and spirit. I hold BAMS, PG DITETICS, MD PANCHKARMA from RGUHS Bangalore, India, where I acquired the knowledge and skills essential for practicing Ayurveda.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of learning from spiritual and Ayurvedic gurus that how we can develop a harmony in body and mind. My approach involves a comprehensive analysis of each person's unique constitution, identifying imbalances, and crafting individualized treatment plans to restore harmony and vitality.
Helping people with Ayurvedic herbs, Ayurvedic diets, and Panchakarma therapies are my passion. My life experience and Ayurveda tell me that the most luxurious thing we have got in our life is time and 2nd luxury is our sound health. We need both as essentials for doing our best in our life. Great mental, physical and spiritual health is basic essential.
