My journey in Naturopathic medicine started with my personal battle with post partum depression 10 years ago. My training in conventional medicine didn't give me the required benefits. I started with an advanced training in Nutrition as food is medicine then went ahead to do Functional Medicine program from USA. After coming back enrolled for MD in Naturopathic medicine. I have a private practice called Recover Physiotherapy and Functional Medicine Center in Bangalore where I work with Autoimmune conditions, Women's health and Infertility issues. Recently have started our very own herbal medicine line Recover Herbs. We make salves, teas, butter and hair mask. Its a compounded pharmacy where the composition is made specific for the person and condition. I am looking forward to a great healing journey with all of you. Take care
