Conditions for Refund or Return:
Please note that we only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: If the product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping or handling, we will offer a full refund or replacement upon verification of the damage.
- Expired Products: If the product received is expired, we will provide a full refund or replacement once the expiry date is confirmed.
How to Initiate a Refund or Return:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs for verification.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
II. CONSULTATIONS
At Vedic Roots, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience during your consultations with our esteemed doctors. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your consultation. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our refund policy below:
Cancellation Timeframe:
If you wish to cancel your consultation, you must do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled time of your appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
Upon cancellation within the stipulated timeframe, the amount paid for the consultation will be refunded to your original source of payment.
Exclusion for Same-Day Consultations:
Please note that cancellations are not allowed for same-day consultations. Once a consultation is booked for the current day, it cannot be cancelled, and refunds will not be provided.
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel your consultation within 4 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage our users to notify us as soon as possible in case of cancellations to facilitate better scheduling for both parties.
