Our sophie pickle is made from the unique sophie fruit which is grown only in Meghalaya. This fruit is naturally sweet & tangy & is highly perishable, hence it is ideal for pickling. Our pickle is made in northeastern style with basic spices preserved in mustard oil. Sohphie is believed to have medicinal value as it has anti-allergic, anti-diabetic, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
