MACADAMIA NUTS AND CANCER
Macadamia Nuts Macadamia nuts also contain plant compounds called flavonoids, which can fight cancer by destroying damaging free radicals in the body. However, most of the studies were laboratory or rodent-based. The same findings may not apply to humans.

Nor are there animal studies concerning macadamia nut intake and mammary tumor development or cell studies examining the influence of macadamia nut extract on breast cancer cell proliferation, angiogenesis or death.
