Doctor Listing and Consultancy Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to “Vedic Roots” (“the Platform,” “we,” “us”). These terms and conditions govern the relationship between “Vedic Roots” and doctors (“Doctor,” “you,” “your”) who provide consultancy services through our platform. By registering and offering your services on our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1. To be listed as a Doctor on our platform, you must be a licensed and qualified practitioner in your respective field (e.g., ayurveda, homeopathy, unani).
2.2. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
3. Listing and Services
3.1. “Vedic Roots” enables Doctors to create profiles and offer virtual consultancy services to clients seeking advice, guidance, and treatment options in alternative medicine fields.
3.2. The Platform does not endorse, validate, or verify the accuracy of your advice, treatments, or services.
4. Compensation
4.1. Compensation terms will be agreed upon between you and “Vedic Roots.” You will receive payment according to the terms established in a separate agreement.
4.2. The Platform may deduct applicable fees or commissions from your earnings as outlined in the agreement.
5. Professional Conduct
5.1. You agree to provide services ethically, professionally, and in accordance with the principles of your respective field of alternative medicine.
5.2. Patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws are paramount. You are responsible for protecting client information.
6. Liability and Indemnification
6.1. “Vedic Roots” is not liable for any consequences, harm, damages, or losses resulting from the services provided by doctors on the platform.
6.2. You agree to indemnify and hold “Vedic Roots” harmless against any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from your services.
7. Termination
7.1. “Vedic Roots” reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform at its discretion, with or without cause.
7.2. You may also terminate your association with “Vedic Roots” by providing written notice.
7.3. If you attempt to solicit patients directly outside of the platform, your access to the platform will be revoked.
8. Modifications
The Platform may update these terms and conditions as necessary. You will be informed of any changes, and your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Zoom Video Consultations
9.1. “Vedic Roots” has an affiliation with the video conferencing platform Zoom, which Doctors can use to conduct virtual consultations. By using Zoom for consultations, you agree to adhere to Zoom’s terms of service, privacy policies, and security guidelines.
9.2. The confidentiality of patient information and compliance with applicable privacy laws remain your responsibility when using Zoom for consultations.
9.3. “Vedic Roots” has the right to record the content of Zoom consultations or any communication or data exchanged during these consultations, and has the right to access the same for legal and security purposes.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
